Collections reference guide is a list of system objects with composite character. It can look like this:

Handling with folders and categories is the same as with all other reference guides. All standard commands are available as well.

In addition the following items are available specific exactly for the collections reference guide.

Call of Gant diagram for selected records. If there are no selected records the error message appears.

By the addition of collection you should input the name and designation. Also in the field “Connection” it’s necessary to select the type of connection for this collection.

In the field “Status” you should also select the parameter suitable for description of the collection current condition. The fields “Starting date”, “Starting time” and “Finishing date”, “Finishing time” contain the information about the collection validity period. If it is a price list it will be its validity period; if it’s a manufacturing process so its start-up date will be specified; if it’s a task the date for its beginning and finishing will be indicated.

The date you can choose from calendar by presetting the necessary year and month. Automatically the current date will be set.

At clicking the fields “Starting time” and “Finishing time” the time scale will be displayed,  you can choose the most suitable time on it. This value will be transferred to the field in edit box, where you can edit it by manual in case of necessity. It should be noted that the fields “Connection”, “Status”, “Starting date and time” and “Finishing date and time” are optional.

Generally the collections are generated automatically with filling of all fields with necessary information. Here you can see the details for manual filling, which can be required sometimes.

Of course, the collection description is not limited by position designation, by indication of connection, status, finishing dates and time. How to add the description you can read in section “Information blocks” by clicking the position. It can look in different ways, depending on occupancy, just one example:

The collections are to be completed in different ways – it’s necessary to complete one or two sets of blocks; some of them need to be completed totally. It depends on specified manufacturing tasks. There is no sense to specify all possible combinations here. You will face with this information both in description part and in operating. In most cases such completion will be performed automatically.

It should be noted that by clicking the right mouse button at heading, the commands will be available for correction of collection details, as well as for its delete (in case if it is empty, is not used anywhere, is accessible only by author).
