To make the system operation comfortable all operation modes are divided into bookmarks. Here you can see the system window when you log on.

On the bookmark “Main” there is information about your profile. If you point cursor to the line “Active”, the button appears allowing to pay for the system usage.

The next bookmark “Preparation” contains the modes for information preparation.

These are reference guides available for the user – “Nomenclature”, “Collections”, “Parameters” and “Files”.

The reference guide “Nomenclature” is designed for management of different data used for manufacturing. You can base parts and blocks, tools and components, manufacturing operations and materials. All the items that are necessary and used for manufacturing.

“Collections” is a general definition. Depending on the content and also on some completion features it can be specifications, manufacturing processes, warehouse documents, price lists of suppliers or prices for internal works. The list is quite extensive. The details about the usage and maintenance of these numerous documents will be provided when describing the data processing.

The reference guide “Parameters” is designed for management of all additional details that describe any positions used in the system.

The reference guide “Files” is designed for management of all files used in the system. A reference guide looks as follows.

Interface of all reference guides is maximum unified. Only some commands can be different.

The bookmark “Production” contains the items regarding the production management directly.

“Orders” – here you can handle with current orders and analyze their execution.

“Schedule” – a bookmark displaying the production orders, their status and management.

“Warehouse” – displaying the warehouse stock balance for all available items.

“Loading” – for visualization of resources location and their capacity.

“Tasks” – a list of individual tasks adapted for notes at smartphones and tablets.

“Service” – service functions for user.

Dialogs” – here you can chat with other system users.

“Invitations” – here you can generate the invitation for a new user and check how it was used.

“Import” – here you can load the data from external sources.
