The main steps of the order processing in production.
Some details about the production tasks. Management of manufacturing process, product content, product costing, deficit evaluating, capacity analyze – UpexPro can solve these tasks at high level. At addition, the warehouse inventory control is simple and effective. Let’s come to the point. The main modes for management of order list are Production and Orders. In this list you can see the orders that are prepared and in production. The main screen for orders management looks like this:
X axis means a progress of order execution, Y axis is a calendar time at order execution. The blue zone is for orders put in production before the scheduled start day. Green zone is for orders put ahead a schedule, yellow – normal (scheduled) order processing, red zone – the orders are at risk of failure, black zone – delayed orders. The size of a “ball” is an importance of the order. The bigger is the ball the more important is the order (or the more labour-intensive). Orders start and finish time are kept by Gant diagram, it looks it the following way:
For each of the order element (key positions) you can specify the scheduled date and time. The order is described with a list of items are to be produced.
It can be both a linear list
and a hierarchical list.
It’s possible to indicate the start and finish date for each position.
The color displays the different status of the item – in progress, finished, planning, cancelled etc. For the selected items of the order you can attach the technological process, based on it the tasks will be created – individual task for each operation or just a task to perform without technological process.
All formed tasks that are being in progress will be displayed in the mode “Schedule”.
In this mode the performed tasks can be marked as started or finished and be received from executor. Here you can check also the start and finish date for the each order. In addition here you can assign the tasks to the working places and/or working stations. It’s simple to do – the tasks can be dragged from this mode to the mode “Loading”. It looks like this:
At the top you can see the layout of the workshop; circles are the location of working stations. Upon pointing the cursor to the working station you will see the description. The green circle means the station is operating, number in the circle is the appointed working hours. By dragging the task they will be displayed at tablet (smartphone, computer) of foreman or worker.
At task starting you push the first button, at task finishing – the second one. In case of error you can cancel the task performing. It can be the partial cancellation of the task performing, it means it can be several acceptance of the tasks. The executed tasks are accepted in mode “Schedule” by the managing personal. Herewith if the necessary quantity is not achieved the task for the rest will be formed. In addition the tasks can be divided into any parts, for example to set the task for the shifts, and also it’s possible to separate some tasks in case of overloading of the working station. The given tasks can be printed and used as a report document.
In case of necessity using the QR code you can check the total history of task execution – who made it, when, numbers, components etc.
The accepted tasks are deleted from the current tasks, the equipment becomes free and the ball moves to the right. Of course there are many other details, but briefly it looks like this. The situation with UpexPro access rights is quite good. Nobody can change anything without the permission of the author (creator of the record). Information about the created tasks, the provided rights and objects will be displayed in chat. If the user is not in UpexPro the reminder will be send to his smartphone. This function is in active use by users.

Python is in active use to connect sensors and controllers with UpexPro. It’s used to wright the statistics about equipment operating. For example like this:
